The EELA project objectives would be:
Deploy (possible developing) EGEE applications: e-learning, biomedical and particle physics.

Create a human network in Grids, e-Science and e-Infraestructures.

Integrate available pilot Resource Centers of Mexico, Brazil, Cuba, Chile, Portugal, Italy and Spain into EGEE infraestructure.

Promote awareness in the region.
