Praise from Sbdcn Theophan

This past weekend, when someone in cyberspace was lamenting that our site was “dry and tiresome to read,” Subdeacon Theophan rushed in to defend our good name.  When it was implied that all we do is sit around and talk theology and debate such things as the filioque and papal infallibility, he countered:

I want to assure you that outside of Blogodoxy these lads have a great deal of fun and often have long catterwauling sessions devoted to many light-hearted topics.

I just looked up catterwauling in the dictionary.  Thanks Theophan!

Ecumenical Difficulty

We have an issue of real doctrinal difference here. I feel compelled by the working of the Holy Spirit to pursue Catholic and Orthodox unity, but there are lines that cannot be crossed. In response to the last post I must state the clear truth that the Catholic Church is firmly opposed to the wauling of catters. I don’t know what this means for the future of Catholic participation in Blogodoxy discussions.
